Dr. Dwayne Brown

Dr. Dwayne Brown has been a board member since 2010. He is Senior Manager in the Finance & Risk Services practice at Accenture. Dwayne has more than 15 years of experience in Operational Risk management, Accounting Operations, and Intelligent Automation (IA).

Dwayne obtained a BA in Accounting and Public Relations from SUNY Geneseo, an MBA from the Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School, and a master’s degree in organizational leadership, focusing on understanding the “Unbanked” population, from Shenandoah University, in Winchester, VA.

Dwayne is Board Chairman of the Per Scholas non-profit organization. He also serves as an active member of 100 Black Men of America and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.

If there is an immediate risk to safety, call 911. When calling, please include the time, the address or location of the sighting, and a description of the person’s appearance.

During hypothermia season (November 1 - March 31), the Homeless Services Hotline is open 24 hours a day and transportation to shelter is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
