Martha Guevara

As President and CEO, Martha Guevara leads Centaur’s strategic vision, making high-impact business decisions while overseeing daily operations to ensure long-term success. She plays an active role in developing bids and proposals, defining company goals, and shaping policies that support continued growth and innovation. Martha also serves as Project Manager for the Department of Energy Office of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security contract, valued at $47M over five years. She oversees all contract and task order execution, including scope, cost, schedule, personnel performance, and the quality of deliverables.

Throughout her career, Martha has built a strong record of delivering high-quality products, services, and results. Her long-standing client relationships and repeat contracts reflect her work ethic, reliability, and commitment to excellence.

Deeply committed to giving back, Martha is especially passionate about empowering immigrant communities. As an immigrant herself, she understands the barriers many face and actively supports initiatives that expand access to opportunity. She also enjoys mentoring students and emerging professionals as they develop their careers.

Martha is married to Sergio Ochoa and has one daughter, Bella Sophia, and two Yorkies, Luna and Kiki.
