Shereé Pressley
Program Analyst
Shereé Pressley has dedicated more than 20 years of service to the Coalition for the Homeless, where she serves as Program Analyst and also holds additional roles as Agency Administrator for the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and Human Resources Representative. In her role as HMIS Agency Administrator, she works with a secure data system used by service providers to collect, store, and analyze information on individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. She oversees data collection operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality reporting, while also providing technical assistance, troubleshooting support to HMIS users, and delivering both monthly and weekly reports.
With over 35 years of experience in human services, Shereé has built a career centered on advocacy, program management, and community support. Her professional background includes early work with the Department of Corrections, followed by specialized experience managing substance use disorder programs for juveniles. She also played a key role in transitioning long-term mental health patients into community-based housing, overseeing wraparound services and ensuring strong standards for safety, health, and quality assurance.
Since joining the Coalition in 2005, she has been recognized for her ability to navigate complex challenges and consistently “get things done.” She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Human Service Administration.
