Tara Walters supports the day-to-day operations that keep programs running smoothly and effectively. With a strong foundation in accounting, she has expanded into operational leadership through hands-on experience, complemented by her degree in Business Administration.
In her role, Tara collaborates closely with directors and managers across the organization to strengthen systems, improve processes, and ensure programs are well-managed and responsive to community needs. She is deeply passionate about helping individuals build stability through practical budgeting skills and daily habits that promote long-term independence.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys artwork, crafts, crocheting, and revisiting activities like skating and dancing.
