Park Road Transitional Program

The Transitional Housing Program at Park Road provides a safe, clean, and respectful environment for men who have experienced homelessness. The program is designed for individuals who are committed to rebuilding their lives through stable housing, employment, and personal growth. During the program, residents work closely with staff to develop individualized goals, secure employment, strengthen life skills, and prepare for permanent housing. While the program is designed to help participants achieve these goals within approximately six months, each resident's progress is guided by their individual needs. Support services, including behavioral health counseling and referrals, are available based on individual needs. The goal of the program is to help residents successfully transition to and maintain permanent housing.
