The Shelter Hotline number is 202-399-7093.   If you see someone outside in need of shelter or a well check, call the shelter hotline. Transportation to the shelter is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week during hypothermia season.

This year’s Volunteer and Staff Recognition was held virtually on December 1, 2020.

This year’s Annual Volunteer and Staff Reception was held virtually. Each year, during our Annual Volunteer and Staff Reception, the Coalition for the Homeless honors volunteers and staff for outstanding service through a broad range of activities and programs including Length of Service Awards for 5, 10, 15 and 20+ years.
