Permanent Housing for Families and Individuals

Anacostia Road Apartments has eight affordable one-bedroom apartments for formerly homeless or at-risk individuals and families. This location represents part of the Coalition’s expanded mission to help at-risk D.C. residents become self-sufficient. The tenants are fully independent, and the Coalition maintains only a resident manager on-site for those who may need additional support.
